PrisonerMatch.com is an organization devoted to connecting inmates with free-world pen pals. There are many pen pal websites that list thousands and thousands of inmate profiles which only show hobbies, interests, and photos. We knew there had to be a better way. PrisonerMatch.com is different because we match you based on a “personality profile” and true compatibility as opposed to relying on random ad searches.

How our system works: Using computer technology, Friends on the Outside® takes the information from your personality profile and selects a compatible pen pal for you, based on your personality criteria. We guarantee you will be matched with someone in our database. When possible, inmates submit their photos for us to post on our Gallery page. Not every inmate submits a photo so when you contact your friend, we encourage you to ask for a picture then.

Our matching service is completely FREE for you to use and you are unlimited as to the number of times you can use our service. Only prison inmates pay a small fee to be included in our database for one year. Our inmate clients complete the same personality profile as you, and as a result, most people feel a bond with their pen pal from day one!
